How to get your Google review link

Your review link is the short path from a happy customer to your Google review form. Find it once, then put it somewhere people can scan while the good experience is still fresh.

  • No login to ReviewBoost
  • Printable PNG, SVG or PDF
  • Ask for honest feedback
Find the link once. Reuse it everywhere you ask fairly.

Short answer: open the Google Business Profile you manage on a computer, use the review-sharing option to copy your link, then paste it into the free ReviewBoost generator. The QR code simply opens that same review link when a customer scans it.

Get the link in three steps

  1. Open the business profile you manage

In a desktop browser, search for your business while signed in to the Google account that manages the profile. Make sure you are on the correct location before you copy anything.

  2. Choose the review-sharing option

Open Read reviews, then choose Get more reviews. Google gives you a shareable review link and a QR option. Copy the link — it is the most reusable version.

  3. Paste it into a printable card

Drop the link into ReviewBoost Kit, add your business name and choose a colour. Export a PNG, SVG or PDF, then test the QR code with a phone before printing a batch.

Use the current Google flow

Google changes labels occasionally. If the wording above looks different in your profile, look for the review-sharing or “Get more reviews” action rather than hunting for an old menu path.

Make the ask feel natural

The QR card removes the friction. A short, human sentence is what gets it used. Ask after a genuine interaction, never before the customer has had a chance to judge the work.

Counter-card wording

“If today was helpful, would you mind leaving us an honest Google review? It takes about 30 seconds — you can scan this.”

Swap “today” for “your visit,” “the job,” or the moment that fits your business. Do not ask for a five-star review; ask for an honest one.

Where to use a Google review link

At the counter

Put the card beside payment or pickup — a natural pause where customers still remember the experience.

On the receipt

Add the short request line and QR card to a printed receipt or invoice footer.

In a thank-you message

Send the direct link after a completed visit, appointment or job. Keep the note short and personal.

After a helpful chat

When a customer has just said thank you, offer the link as an optional way to share honest feedback.

Keep it policy-safe

Ask every real customer for honest feedback. Do not offer a discount, gift, entry, or other reward for a review. Google treats incentivised reviews as fake engagement. Read Google’s current review-link and QR guidance.

Common questions

Can I use Google’s own QR code?

Yes. Google can provide one from your Business Profile. ReviewBoost is useful when you want a branded, printable card and request wording around the same destination.

Does the QR code expire?

It continues to work while the Google review link remains valid. Test it after printing and again if you ever change locations or listings.

Can I text the review link?

Yes. A direct link is usually easier in SMS or email; use the QR card in person, on paper, or where people can point a phone camera.

Ready to make the card?

Paste your Google review link, add your business name, and export a print-ready version in under a minute.
